Short Biography

Mahmuda shatu Rethe is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Fashion design at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU). She is an academic professional at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU) with demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and research. She has previously worked at Cotton field bd(LTD) Mondol group. as a Trainee Executive in RND Department. She has a great Communication, Organizing and Team Building skill.

Mahmuda shatu Rethe obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design and Technology from Uttara University.

In addition to her teaching, she is actively engaged in curriculum development, student mentoring, and innovative teaching methodologies that enhance learning outcomes and academic performance.

Her research interests span the fields of draping technique, history of street fashion.
