Fahmid Ahmed Chowdhury is a faculty member at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU) with excellent track record of teaching and research. He currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU). In addition to his academic role, he is working part-time as an Invigilator at the British Council, where he contributes to maintaining examination standards and ensuring compliance with international assessment protocols. He has also completed an internship at Pubali Bank PLC, where he gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience in banking operations and financial services. He is actively involved in teaching a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in business and management disciplines. His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to academic excellence, student development, and practical learning. Alongside his academic responsibilities, he is engaged in business activities, which provide him with valuable real-world insights that enrich his teaching approach.

Fahmid Ahmed Chowdhury completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Human Resource Management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Finance and Banking from Leading University, Sylhet. With a blend of academic engagement and practical exposure, he continues to contribute to business education and student skill development.

His research interests lie in the broad areas of Finance, Banking, and Human Resource Management, with a focus on addressing contemporary challenges in business and economic development. He is particularly interested in exploring the integration of financial systems with organizational performance, as well as the role of human capital in achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
