Short Biography

Nusrat Rikza is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at RTM Al-Kabir Technical University, Sylhet. Before joining here, she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at North East University Bangladesh, Sylhet.

She completed her BA (Honors) and MA (Masters) in English from the Department of English at Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Bangladesh. She is now pursuing her PhD degree (Thesis Part) from the Department of English, Islamic University, Khustia, Bangladesh.



RESEARCH INTEREST

Marxist Ideology of Modern Philosophy- Capitalistic view in pre and postmodern era and its social and economic impacts Post Colonialism and Neo-Liberalism- Social and cultural structure in working conditions with metaphoric thoughts Education and Leadership- Working on public private partnership in education, education policy & development.
