Short Biography

Dilara Ahmed Choudhury is serving RTM Al-Kabir Technical University (RTM-AKTU) as a Lecturer of the Department of Applied Health and Nutrition. Prior to this, Ms. Dilara has worked with Research, Training and Management International as Deputy Director (Research). She is Master of Health Economics from University of Dhaka and Master of Public Health (Epidemiology) from State University of Bangladesh and obtained first class in all her educational levels.

Ms. Dilara is a fast tracker with rich & diversified exposure of more than 12 years’ experience in development sector particularly in the field of Maternal & Child health, Sexual & reproductive health, Adolescent health, Family planning, etc. She has vast experience in research, training and evaluation activities.  She is dedicated to working hard to fulfill organization and project goals. Highly experienced in managing schedules, identifying and limiting risks, and maintaining all crucial documentation of work done. Motivated team player who excels at collaborating with other team members to solve issues, devise creative solutions, and ensure smooth implementation. Goal-driven professional who strives to exceed expectations daily.



RESEARCH INTEREST

Research interest covers a wide range of public health issues including Maternal & Child health, Sexual & reproductive health, Adolescent health, Family planning, etc as well as health economics, health insurance issues, universal health coverage, health education and environmental &occupational health.
